EXIT is award winning summer music festival which is held every July since 2000 at the Petrovaradin Fortress in the city of Novi Sad, Serbia. It was officially proclaimed the 'Best Major European festival in 2013' at the EU Festival Awards 2014.

Since 2001, EXIT has been held at the Petrovaradin Fortress, located on the right bank of the Danube in Novi Sad. The unique location contributes to the atmosphere of the festival, providing outstanding acoustics. After centuries of turbulent history, the fortress is on the list of protected monuments as a historical, cultural and artistic center of Novi Sad.

On the opposite side of the river, a magnificent view stretches over the second biggest Serbian city, Novi Sad, founded in 1694. During the long history of the city, the multicultural identity of the city has been maintained. Today, Novi Sad is the industrial and financial center of The Republic of Serbia’s economy, and also a cultural capital of Vojvodina. Picturesque Novi Sad has a lot to offer to its visitors. Besides rich history, the city is known for its splendid nightlife, amazing restaurant offers, interesting and authentic cafes, and also, the hospitality of the locals.

EXIT festival, known for its incredible atmosphere, one of the best Dance Arenas in the world and unique location, offers visitors the most exciting, versatile summer adventure. During 4 days there are from 150 to 200 000 people, of which there are at least 23 000 foreign tourists and 7000 visitors from the Balkans.

Exit gained international media attention over the years. International edition of CNN, CNN World Fiesta, featured an article on music festivals in the beginning of June 2011, which included Exit in the list of nine best festivals in the world. The Guardian declared Exit as the best festival in the world in 2006 and the best tourist destination in 2008. The Sun, British daily newspaper, included Exit in the list of eight best festival destinations in 2012. In Euronews's May 2013 article on world's leading festival destinations, Exit was included in the ten best European festivals in 2013.

The 15th edition of the best European festival is going to be EXIT ADVENTURE that will take us to EXIT, from 10th to 13th July 2014 at the Petrovaradin fortress in Novi Sad, as well as the SEA DANCE FESTIVAL from 15th to 17th July at the Jaz beach, one the most stunning beaches of Adriatic. The announced line up for EXIT so far include Damon Albarn, Carl Cox vs Danny Tenaglia, Ben Klock vs Marcel Dettmann, Disclosure LIVE, Rudimental LIVE, Skrillex, Carl Craig vs Green Velvet, Dub FX, Dusky vs Paul Woolford, Eats Everything vs Cassy, Jackmaster & Oneman present ‘Can U Dance’, Koven LIVE and Planetary Assault Systems Live.

- EXIT village Novi Sad

• Exit Village is by far the most popular gathering place for Exit visitors, both domestic and foreign, the place where party never ends. People from all around the world ready to make new friends, sleeping in tents, music that never ends, all this and more makes our Village unique and irreplaceable festival experience, where even the Novi Sad locals stay!
• Camping tickets are available. Camp price of 30 euros is valid per one person for 8 days camping. From July 8 to 15, Exit Village will host everyone who finds camping, Danube, music, and the company of fellow campers an exhilarating experience. o not forget: the wristband is your ticket for the village, and it applies to the person, not to the tent. The ticket to the Village is not a festival ticket.
• If you bought the Village ticket online, you received an email with an E-ticket that you will exchange for a wristband at the Village reception. During your stay, this is your very own ticket to ride. In order to be able to make this exchange at the reception, you need to show an ID. Only the people with these wristbands are allowed the entrance to the village.

Hostel City Center/Nikolajevska is located in the city center of Novi Sad and just 10 minutes away from the Festival. Its beautiful rustic look attracts many guests and students throughout the year. During the day you can relax in the beautiful garden where you can enjoy the tunes of special EXIT chill out DJ. Rooms are four, five and six-bedded. Bathrooms are newly furnished with shower cabins. At your disposal there is a TV lounge, library, internet access, gym, two public phones and cafeteria which can serve up to 80 guests at the same time. • Campus Hostel Bajić: Rooms: For 2 persons Bathroom: Shared (2 rooms) Distance from city center: Less than 1km Distance from EXIT festival site: 1km Address: 10, Sime Milosevica Street, 21000 Novi Sad Shop: Yes Campus hostel is certainly the cheapest and most popular hostel in Novi Sad, but it is also the closest to the Petrovaradin fortress (10-15 minute walk). It is at the same time one of the closest to the city centre, just 10 minutes away. Each room in the hostel has two beds and a sink. A kitchenette and a bathroom are in the hall, which is shared with another room. Four rooms share a shower, which is also in the hall. Beside the reception and polite personnel, who are at your disposal 24 hours a day, the hostel also has a laundry room, a great courtyard for relaxing, a small shop with fast food, cigarettes, snacks and everything else you need for a pleasant stay. Campus hostels are located in Liman I, between sports complex ‘SPENS’, and Park, in which the EXIT Camp was located in the previous years. Its advantage, beside the very low price, is the proximity of city beach ’Strand’, city centre and ofcourse Petrovaradin Fortress, where the festival takes place. • Hostel Residence Hall B: Rooms: For 2 persons Bathroom: Private Distance from city center: Less than 2km Distance from EXIT festival site: 2.5km Shop: Yes Hostel Residence Hall B is located on the bank of the river Danube just a minute’s walk from the popular ‘Strand’ beach, which with its stunning setting, grassy banks and sandy beach is a perfect place to chill during the day. This hostel is a popular choice with EXIT Festival goers. It has 500 rooms which have all been recently re-furbished. It is a 3km walk between the hostel and the EXIT festival site (25min) and 2km from the city center. Running near to the hostel is the number 4 bus which transports you to Novi Sad city center and a taxi ride from the hostel to EXIT Festival will cost around 3 Euros. Each hostel room has two single beds with an en-suite bathroom and balcony. Please note that bedding and towels are provided at the hostel. There is a communal lounge area and a 24 hour reception, which also has a safe for storing valuables and a well stocked shop for bread, cheese, milk, as well as cigarettes. 100m from the hostel is an internet cafe that provides wireless internet and there are bars close by to hang out in. Also available is a canteen serving meals for 3 Euros which includes soup, main meal and pudding. The canteen is 1.2km away. It is open from 10.30hrs to 17.00hrs daily. Probably the best hostel in Novi Sad, Hostel Residence Hall ‘C’ was built in 2009. It is located near the Danube, a 15-minute walk to the city centre and to the Petrovaradin fortress. High-quality twin rooms, with separate beds that have all the amenities: Internet access, kitchenette, a fridge and a private balcony. The hostel also has an elevator, a 24-hour reception, as well as a small shop with cigarettes and snacks. Linen and towels are provided by the hostel, and the laundry room is also at your disposal. Friendly staff is always willing to help and answer all your questions. Hostel Residence Hall ‘C’ is located in Liman IV, a calm part of the town, close to the city beach ‘Strand’, 2 km from the city centre (15min walk, or 1-2EUR by taxi) and 2.5 km from the Petrovaradin fortress. It is well- connected with all the other parts of the city and the festival by means of public transportation and taxi service. Local taxes and hostel insurance are included in the price. - SEA DANCE village Jaz

• Seven days of exciting Summer Moments at Jaz Beach's SEA DANCE Camp. Campsite for SEA DANCE Festival visitors will be set up at Jaz Beach, just few hundred meters from the sea. The beach is located only 4 kilometers from the beautiful, amazing historic city of Budva, and it only takes a 30-minute ride to get to other cities located on the beautiful Adriatic Coast. Spend entire day lying in the sun, jump into the water as soon as you wake up, enjoy your summer vacation eating incredible seafood and drinking ice cold cocktails at the beach or in campsite’s foodland area.
